~ Slide the pointed end of the hair pin through the edge of your bun, then use the point to pick up a small bit of hair against your head.


~ As you work the hair pin under and across the bun, continue using a slight "sewing" motion between the bun and hair against your head, picking up small "stitches" of hair as you go.

~ Gather hair into a ponytail as low or as high as you like.

~ Twist hair until it begins to coil in on itself.

If you have fine hair, you can braid your hair first for a different style.
